Adrian tutored both my son and daughter this year. My daughter has moved up several ‘sets’ and is now working at a much faster pace and my son achieved a high grade at GCSE which helped to secure his place in sixth form. Recommended.

My daughter enjoyed her maths lessons with Adrian. He has a very good rapport and explained tricky maths subjects well so she was able to answer all the questions on her recent GCSE paper. She gained confidence in a subject she has forever struggled with. Adrian was always prompt, well prepared and enthusiastic for the weekly lessons. Adrian’s methodological approach is both robust and inclusive and he has always provided invaluable feedback and practical pointers on exam technique. My daughter really loves Maths and looks forward to having challenging discussions about difficult concepts which support her learning and progress. The lessons are well structured and not only is he thorough, but he also ensures complicated content is easy to understand. Adrian has been incredibly accommodating and flexible with lesson times. Not only is he kind but he takes great care to ensure that my daughter has understood all topics explored. She feels that he is very efficient and resourceful. As a parent, I have noted that he has been encouraging and has identified her weak points quickly providing targeted support. As a result, she has grown in confidence and knowledge.

Adrian is a great tutor. Without him our daughter may not have passed her GCSE maths. He is clear in his teaching and makes it easier for students to understand the material. All our sessions were online by choice and they were as good as face to face.

Adrian is a great teacher. Even though my son is strong at maths, Adrian helps with any problematic areas and shows my son how to do calculations using easier to understand methods. Adrian is currently helping with GCSE and additional maths which my son will sit soon.

Mr Adrian Harapcea has been tutoring my daughter since she was in Y5, for her 11+ exam. Because she had very good results and enjoyed very much learning from him, she chose to continue her tuition with him. She is Y9 now and Mr Adrian has been continuously guiding her through the years and she has overachieved in Math at school. Mr Adrian is not just a very good tutor, he is a higly qualified mathematics professor and he has challenged my daughter always to know more and she developed a love for this beatiful subject. We highly recommend him for any child looking to achieve more than “Above” and for daring to dream big in Math!

Adrian is a very effective tutor, both my children improved their maths performance within a few months and most important, they actually enjoy it! My daughter moved set up in maths and although she still works towards mastering speed and accuracy, she’s much more confident and the school’s feedback confirmed that too!
